It can be. Unlike many telehealth-only platforms, NEXI believes in giving a choice between telehealth and a face-to-face evaluation sets the stage for safer, more personalized care. Your first appointment can happen online or at our facility; most follow-ups can be virtual unless you prefer another in-office visit.

Our board-certified clinicians may prescribe FDA-approved or compounded versions of semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin, MOTS-c, and other evidence-based therapies when clinically appropriate. If you require a brand name version of the medication, we can accommodate that as well.

Your membership covers the prescription itself and coordination with our partner pharmacies. Medication purchase and shipping are billed separately.
