It can be. Unlike many telehealth-only platforms, NEXI believes in giving a choice between telehealth and a face-to-face evaluation sets the stage for safer, more personalized care. Your first appointment can happen online or at our facility; most follow-ups can be virtual unless you prefer another in-office visit.

A clinician may discuss prescription weight-management medications after reviewing your health history, current medications, and eligibility. Available products and formulations vary, and a prescription is not guaranteed.

Your membership covers the prescription itself and coordination with our partner pharmacies. Medication purchase and shipping are billed separately.
